• Downloadable software or digital products.  
• Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or personalized items.  
• Gift cards.    
   

Refund Process:    
 

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide them with the necessary details, including your order number and the reason for the refund request. Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item. After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 5-7  business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method.    
 

Shipping Costs    
 

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. If a refund is approved, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
